**Is Fieldy HIPAA compliant?**
Fieldy's statement: "Fieldy is fully HIPAA-compliant" A BAA is offered only "for customers purchasing 20 or more Fieldy units". ([source](https://www.fieldy.ai/faq)). HIPAA has no official certification; a practice recording patients needs a business associate agreement (BAA) with the vendor. We do not judge compliance.
